Data
In the data page you can add and manage the customer reviews from different brands.
Brand Manager
By default, we have already created your first brand for the account.
If you would like to add more brands (for example competitors), you can do so by clicking the "Add Brand" button and providing a Brand Name and Brand Website.
When you add a new brand, Iris will search online to find any relevant information about the brand. You can review this information in the Brand Info tab.
Adding Reviews
Once you have added the relevant brands, you can start adding reviews by clicking on the brand card and then clicking "Add new source". This will open up a dialog where you can choose to scrape reviews from a Trustpilot or Amazon.
If you would like to upload reviews manually, you can switch to the Manual Upload tab. Here you can download our CVS template, add your reviews, and upload the completed CSV.
We also offer a full "No manual setup" service - we will find and gather public reviews from any brand for you. If this is of interest, get in touch with our team.
Once you have added the review source you can trigger a task for Iris to gather the reviews.
For Trustpilot URLs you can define a Date Filter and Number of Reviews that Iris should gather. Iris will only gather the reviews up to the number that you specify or the total number of review available - whichever number is lower.
For Amazon URLs, Iris can gather up to a maximum of 500 reviews. This is a limit imposed by Amazon.
For CSV uploads, all reviews from the CSV that match the right format will be added.
For international brands that have reviews in multiple languages, Iris will translate the reviews into English.
Once Iris has finished gathering the reviews, you will see the total number of reviews available in the review manager under "Reviews Scraped" column.
There are no limits on the total number of reviews that you can add to the Spark platform.
